Hello Everyone:
Today I am writing my experiences with the "THE HARTFORD INSURANCE COMPANY"
the horror they have inflicted on me and all I did was get up and go to work to help pay bills,
and be a socially responsible person.
My nightmare began in March 2006, and has only gotton worse as it has gone down the road
of NO RECOVERY!
I am a 71 year old female, with an amputated partial finger and 2 torn rotater cuff, because a 60 lb. file drawer fell in my arms. (faulty office equipment & old) My boss did not let me go to the doctor when it happened, and I went on my own in the next 2 days, however it was too late. Now 3 years+ I am being denied shoulder surgery, benefits, and or a reasonable settlement for my injuries.
Time has let me loose my home, my car, moved four times, borrowed money from everyone, including what I call a "Loan Shark" and I am getting ready to move again, because I am existing from Social Security benefits, which is just not enough, and because I have no children in the home, nothing is available+ everyone thinks "Work Comp" is a gold mine.
Work Comp is NOT A GOLD MINE when you have The Hartford Insurance Company and Adjuster Lemry!.....They think all of this is fraud and ....... and their chart shows I am dead
after age 75 (if stress doesn't kill me before)!
I guess Hartford could sue me, and or Adjuster Lemry, however I have nothing so why bother?
I am so sure If they read this or someone forwards it to them, they will have another excuse
as that is all they have had from the begining, My attorney has received $30,000 for defending
me and filing papers to get them to do something, not a dime to me!
Has anyone out there in Cyber World ever been treated like this?
